SG Learning and Development has an eLearning platform that will enable your team to access training when and where they want it.

The SG Virtual Learning Centre provides a platform for eLearners to access their learning and assessment materials, communicate with their facilitator and fellow participants, and to receive feedback on their submitted work assignments.

Our approach to eLearning is to ensure that it is engaging, stimulating and focused on learning for work. You will come away with tools and techniques that you can apply immediately at work for improved results.

We have developed a selected range of coaching based online accredited qualifications. This means that you can achieve your qualification without leaving the comfort of your home or office and have access to an online coach who will assist you to apply the concepts and principles of the qualification directly on the job as you work your way through each of the units. This is the best of both worlds – the freedom to study when it fits in with your work/life schedule, and access to a dedicated coach who will help you with your everyday work issues as you apply your knowledge.

Often, our eLearning programs will be part of a blended approach to either an accredited VET program, or a specific training and development opportunity you have identified. Participants may do some of their learning and assessment on line, with some face to face workshops and case study practice days to allow participants time to explore and apply their new skills with the benefit of feedback from a facilitator and their colleagues.
