Training and Assessment – Certificate IV and Diploma
While we are based in SA, our delivery and assessment models mean these qualifications can be delivered nationally with ease. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) This is a first level qualification that is based on the competency standards within the training package for workplace trainers and assessors. This is a nationally accredited certificate and we can tailor it to fit the requirements of industry groups. The program ensures that participants will develop competencies that enable them to design, deliver and assess training in the workplace, as well as gain an understanding of adult learning principles and the VET sector in Australia. Many organisations will require the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as entry into industry learning and development roles. Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50122) The Diploma provides an opportunity to develop advanced skills in design, facilitation, assessment and VET Leadership using best practice models, that will enable graduates to create learning experiences that develop sustainable workplace competencies and positively impact the productivity of both the individual and the organisation in which they work. SG Learning & Development has specialist expertise in the design, development and facilitation of e-learning, which is increasingly in demand in both the VET and private sectors to add flexibility to delivery and assessment practices in an increasingly mobile and technologically savvy workforce. Workforce Planning and Development
More than ever before the ability to ensure an organisation has the right people, in the right place, at the right time is critical to its ability to be productive and profitable now and into the future. Human Resource practitioners and Line Managers have a collaborative role to play in ensuring this is created, implemented, monitored and evaluated strategically to ensure the long term sustainability of the organisation. The Workforce Planning and Development unit of the Diploma of Human resources Management qualification provides HR practitioners and Managers with the skills and knowledge to create collaborative workforce plans and strategic workforce development plans with their key operational stakeholders. Once created, the emphasis is on ensuring effective implementation, monitoring and evaluation systems are in place. |
During this program, students will learn the skills, principles and practices and apply them by creating and implementing workforce and workforce development plans for an identified target group within the organisation.
